Dove of Peace

I really wanted you to see this card up close! I must have taken (& deleted) over 100 pictures trying to get one that showed how sparkly and shiny this pretty dove was. In the end, this was my best attempt:
The card is simple. It's one of my favorite card sizes at 3x6 inches. You can get 4 cards from a 12x12 sheet of cardstock making cards this size. And it's really a fun size to work with!
I stamped the
ODBD "Peace on Earth" dove, watercolored it a bit and cut it out. Then I coated it with Crystal Effects and added a pinch of Dazzling Diamonds glitter. The sentiment Peace on Earth, I partly inked up twice and stamped part of it on top and the other part on bottom in Basic Grey ink. A double scored line (with my Scor-Pal!)on each side and the dove pop-dotted in the center completed the card. I added some silver cording tied in a bow across the top.
One Christmas card down, 99 to go!
Hope you're all having a great weekend!
Don't forget tomorrow is September 8 and that means Divine Design!
So, come on back now, ya hear?
