Valentine Treats

Who doesn't like Ghirardelli Chocolates? When I saw this tutorial for making these adorable Ghirardelli boxes, I knew I would be making some to send to my kids! I always try to get them a little package for every holiday. Valentines is one of my faves! Each of these little boxes holds 3 little chocolate wafers. I maybe could have gotten 4 in, but I think it was pushing it so I stuck with 3.The tutorial was well-written and easy to follow. Beate has a knack for that! With the help of my Scor-Pal, Katie and I whipped these up in just a couple of hours. She has a favorite teacher and we made one for her as well as a few other friends. Most of them were personalized with the name computer generated and punched out and added to the top. I used my scalloped border punch for the flaps on the girls. I might have gotten carried away and did one
of the boys with it too. Oops. These were fun. I love a fun project!
Have a blessed day and thanks for stopping by!

Project Supplies:
Scor-Pal, various red, brown and pink cardstocks, "Candy Lane" DP by SU, Scalloped Circle and oval punches (SU), and 2 Step heart die (Cuttlebug)

Ok.. we think TOOO much alike! I am making those for my Sunday School class! I, too, am sticking with 3! I'm glad to see it still works and doesn't look "obvious" there should be one more in there! I LOVE your design!!
I'll post mine when they get done!

The kids are gonna love them! (And what's inside of them) Very cute! I haven't been quite motivated enough lately to get much accomplished.
