Fact #59

I love cooking in my crockpot!

In fact, here is what's for dinner tonight: Becky's Beef Stew
1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
16-20 oz frozen vegetables (carrots,corn,peas)
4 lg potatoes, cubed
1 bay leaf
1 onion chopped
15 oz can stewed tomatoes (any variety)
8 oz can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Put meat on bottom of crock pot. Layer frozen vegetables and potatoes over meat.
Mix remaining ingredients together in large bowl and pour over.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.

I love my crockpot, too, but don't use it nearly enough because I don't have many good recipes. I will definitely give this one a try, thanks for sharing it!
