I know I have mentioned that I LOVE Valentines. Well, this is one I made a couple of years ago for my hubby. I also made one for my best friend and told her to feel free to recycle it -cut it up and use it on a scrapbook page! And she did.
This card was lots of fun to make, but I used too many products to list. If you want to know something specific, just ask~ I'd be happy to tell ya.
{I believe my tag card idea originally came from Splitcoast.}
Have a great week!

ETA- So many of you asked how I made this card that I decided to add the "instructions" here. I started with a piece of white cardstock of 12" x 5". This takes the guesswork out of scoring. To make the 4 panels I scored every 3 inches. Once you have the panels scored fold it accordion style and cut into a tag shape. An easy way to make sure the sides are even is to cut off one corner, flip the "cut off piece" over and use it as a template to cut the other side. Voila.... sides are even. If this doesn't make sense I can try and take a picture. Let me know! Thank you all for liking my card! Makes me happy!

What a fantastic idea! I love that you can use the tags on a scrapbook page. I feel a CASE coming on! TFS.

I've never tried one of these tag cards, and yours turned out beautifully!! I love it!
Can I ask a really dumb question...are those big tags that are connected somehow...or did they come hooked together??? If you connected them....what did you use???
I LOVED that card! When I saw your post I was so confused. LOL I didn't know there was another out there. Hopefully Kevin will reuse it in his scrapbook! LOL
I want to make one of these too! If you send Alex a template, please pass one along my way...or dimensions would be great. I think you've started something here... :)
Thanks for sharing, and I think it's great that your friend used parts of it on a scrapbook page. I could see this tag card using the seasons, travel, all kinds of possibilities.
