I don't have any pets and really don't plan on having any.
Don't get me wrong.
I think puppies and kittens, like children, are adorable.
However, I also believe they deserve a lot of attention that
I probably wouldn't be able to give.
And so, we have no pets.

I love my little dog, she is the apple of my eye but you are right about the responsibility. There are days I really don't feel like taking her out in the freezing cold or the pouring down rain but hey, she needs to do her business! My hubby and I take separate vacations with our girlfriends/boyfriends because we don't want to leave her. I know what your thinking, but she is our baby!
I am with ya girl! We don't have any pets either, just 2 teenagers! That is enough to deal with. LOL We used to have a Leopard Ghecko and she was fun, but after she died we decided no more pets! It is too hard to travel and get people to watch them. Lizards are especially hard to travel with because sometimes we had trouble finding crickets or meal worms for her. It can be kind of gross, too. I am not a big fan of having bugs in my house, even if they are for food. We can't have pets with fur because of allergies anyway.
