I am not a huge fan of TV. I grew up hardly watching it at all. In fact, in my teenage years, my dad unhooked the TVs and put them away.
When hubby was gone for the year of 2006, I cancelled cable television and probably watched a total of under 10 hours of TV for that entire year. I can't think of any, but I'm sure I must have watched something.
Having said that, hubby is home now and he loves TV. So, I do watch the evening programs with him and have a few favorites. American Idol, Jericho and Criminal Minds would be my top 3.

Read your note about TV....I agree. Then I discovered the Trinity Broadcast Network.....or maybe you get the Church Channel. It's about about our Lord. Some of the Preachers are great and some NOT! Plus I have found some great music from the TBN channel. I always have it on in the background now. Just my 2 cents !

Hi Angel- I'm with you on not being a big fan of TV. I love your idea about cancelling cable when the hubby's gone -- next time mine deploys, that's what I'm doing!
