I love to read.
But, sadly I can not remember the last time I read a book! I just don't have the time to read like I would like. I've got several books set aside to read when I DO have the time!
Want some great links?
I have found great deals on books from sites such as BookCloseouts.com. And then there's CheapestBookPrice that can find your book at the best price for you. I do love a bargain!
I've also discovered that you can read books online at places such as ProjectGutenberg and Free-eBooks.net.
You can "rent" paperbacks and audio books through the mail at Booksfree.com. Who knew?
And a couple of years ago, I stumbled on BookCrossing.com. The definition of BookCrossing?
n. the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. Isn't that cool?
My favorite book ever? Well, the Bible! The International Bible Society defines it as "the account of God's action in the world and his purpose with all creation". {I love that!} My favorite online resource for the Bible is most definitely BlueLetterBible.org where you can read from several translations and study the Word to your heart's content!

My favorite book to read to children is "Love Your Forever" by Robert Munsch. This book makes me cry every time I read it! But I still LOVE to read it!

I love to read, too. A lot of books make me cry; "Love You Forever" does, and I still can't get through the end of "Charlotte's Web" without tears. I have tried and tried, but my students now know that sometimes books pull out all kinds of emotions. Have a great day!
I don't read much for me anymore....something about falling asleep before I get through 2 paragraphs. But I do read to the kids at least once a day....and I agree "Love You Forever" is one of my favorites. I think I might have to read that one tonight to at least one of my babies. :)
I love that book, too! My mom, who is deceased, bought me that book when my daughter was very young!
Hey Angel!
If you have a chance, watch this: http://www.cbc.ca/sunday/2008/01/012708_1.html
Robert Munsch talks about how he came to write that book...if it made you cry before, after seeing this, it will only make you cry more!
Oh my goodness, it's so funny that you mentioned 'Love You Forever'. I found a new blinkie for you earlier this morning before I saw this post:)
I've never seen that book before, I'll have to pick up a copy for my little one. She loves when we read to her.
I love that book too! Except, I hope I don't crawl through the window and cradle my adult son... if I do I think I'll need help!!! Maybe that's why I keep having kids so I'll always have one to cradle!!
I love to read also. Last year on My Mirthday my Son (26) brought that book Love You Forever, that he's had forever, and read it to me. Of course I cried!
I would read that story to my boys also when they were younger Such an awsome book ..!!!!And Of course I cried also IM a big suck!!
